The following files describe the usage, input and output of our DHSMAP software for fine-mapping by linkage disequilibrium. DHSMAP implements the mapping methods developed by McPeek and Strahs (1999), Assessment of linkage disequilibrium by the decay of haplotype sharing, with application to fine-scale genetic mapping, American Journal of Human Genetics 65:858-875.
