Yes. In fact, the publishers recently issued a new printing on nicer
paper than the first printing.

The first edition is still in print. I have started
work on revisions for a second edition. [Comments and suggestions are
warmly welcomed.]
- Does the current edition contain any errors?
I prefer to think of them as opportunities for
improvement. In the meantime, I have compiled a set of errata, which
can be downloaded in Adobe PDF format. [PDF Format; 239K]
- When will volume 2 come out?
I have seriously started my efforts to finish
compiling my materials for volume 2. It is premature to predict a
completion date, but the expected time to completion is no longer
infinity! [Comments and suggestions are
