To those of you who applied to our PhD program, we are sorry
to say that if you have not already been admitted to that
program or notified about being on the wait list for it,
then we will not be able to make you an admission offer to it.
Entry to the PhD program is very competitive, and unfortunately
we have to turn down many talented applicants. We hope that you will be able
to find the opportunity to continue your studies at another institution, and
we offer you our best wishes for your future work.
